General steps to clean RO membrane elements:
First, the pump will be clean, free of chlorine reverse osmosis product water from the cleaning tank (or the corresponding water) into the pressure vessel and discharge a few minutes.
Second, with a clean product of water in the cleaning tank in the preparation of cleaning fluid (different membranes need different cleaning fluid).
Third, the cleaning fluid in the pressure vessel for 1 hour or pre-set time.
Fourth, after the completion of cleaning, clean the cleaning tank and rinse, and then to the cleaning tank filled with clean product water for the next step to wash.
5, the pump will be clean, no free chlorine product water from the cleaning box (or the corresponding water) into the pressure vessel and discharge a few minutes.
6. After flushing the reverse osmosis system, run the reverse osmosis system while the product water drain valve is open until the product is clean, free of foam or no cleaning agent (usually 15 to 30 minutes).
