After a period of normal operation, the membrane element is contaminated by suspended solids or refractory substances that may be present in the feed water. In the standard conditions of the system performance decreased by 10%, or obviously the occurrence of scaling or fouling, it should be promptly cleaned. Regularly perform water rinse and chemical dosing to restore the performance of the membrane element and extend the life of the membrane element.
The system should rinse the system every 5 days during the short run, and shut the valve after flushing to prevent clogging.
System long-term outage (more than 30 days), add 1% sodium bisulfite solution to prevent bacterial growth.
